reliable supplement

I've been using this powder for several years, and though it's a bit gritty, it does provide a healthy, low fat source of protein and minerals, making a kind of between meal snack. I usually mix it in either almond or oat milk with cinnamon, sometimes with hazelnut extract and/or cocoa powder.

An incredible surprise

I was told by my naturopath doctor to give pumpkin seed butter a try as I have many sensitivities to other nuts. This has changed my life. I can now enjoy something that actually is better than the traditional nut butters. I have this everyday as a sweet treat with dark chocolate. Or put it into a banana shake. Give this a try… it will not disappoint :)

Pumpkin Seed Protein

I use pumpkin seed protein powder twice a day in smoothies. As a senior, PSP helps boost my protein intake so I am less likely to lose muscle. It is easy and basically tasteless in juice or almond milk. A simple addition to my diet.
