Like to use in baked goods and smoothies.
I use pumpkin seed protein powder twice a day in smoothies. As a senior, PSP helps boost my protein intake so I am less likely to lose muscle. It is easy and basically tasteless in juice or almond milk. A simple addition to my diet.

The pumpkin protein powder is amazing! Great taste, texture and can even be used for baking in place of grain based flours.
I'm not a fan of powder anything, but this is a pretty good option for adding protein to my diet. I mix 1 1/2 TBS into my elemental formula daily. Well-tolerated from IBS and gluten-free standpoints. Even with a thorough mixing, there are still little chunks - but overall it doesn't detract from the taste of the formula (vanilla) and I do not experience any digestive issues by adding it. I will purchase again.
