Your old flax seeds were great. But since you changed the process, they are only good as fiber, with no flax oil in them.

AMAZING product! Not only protective for breast health by aiding in estrogen metabolism and detoxification pathways, and a good prebiotic (probiotics food for a healthy gut microbiome) -- but after a 12oz glass of water upon waking, follow w/ the serving size (2.5T) mixed well into another 12-16oz water + some "Real Salt" brand salt mixed in, every morning, drink it down and things MOVE easily like clockwork. 👍 Important for long-term health.
