My name is David and I have, for approximately 1 year plus, been using Omega Nutrition Organic ACV, with "mother". I have been taking, orally, 2 tablespoons of ACV, three times a day for more than a year. Sometimes taken with Organic Honey in hot water and sometimes taken straight up.
