Ingredients: 3/4 cup skim milk, soy milk or fruit juice1/2 medium banana (or other fruit)4 Tbsp yogurt (or soft naturally fermented tofu)1 tsp apple juice concentrate (or maple syrup)1 Tbsp [url:1] Flax Seed Oil[/url]1 Tbsp [url:2] Hi-Lignan® Nutri Flax® Powder[/url]Cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or ginger to taste (optional) Instructions: Pour all ingredients in a blender.
