If you want mild, take out seeds A pinch of sea salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon of cumin 1/2 teaspoon of coriander seeds 2 tablespoons of Omega Nutrition's Pumpkin Seed Oil 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, loosely chopped. 1/2 lime - freshly squeezed Instructions Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
