Salsa With Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil that is Gluten Free, Organic and Paleo!
- 2 cups of chopped and seeded tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 to 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped, seeds add more heat! If you want mild, take out seeds
- A pinch of sea salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoons of Omega Nutrition's Pumpkin Seed Oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, loosely chopped.
- 1/2 lime - freshly squeezed
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. If not enjoying immediately, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
