Hot Cha Cha Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 - 3 Avocados
  • 1 tsp Omega Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 Hot Chili peppers
  • 3 -4 Garlic cloves(chopped)
  • 2 Green Onions(chopped)
  • 1/4 Cilantro bunch(chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Omega Garlic Chili Flax Seed Oil
  • 2 - 3 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Sea Salt, Pepper to taste
* The fewer avocados you use the hotter the guacamole.

Instructions

  1. Turn on the stove vent.
  2. In a skillet, add Coconut Oil, bring the pan to medium heat and roast the chilies and tomatoes till brown. The tomatoes might break during the process.
  3. Meanwhile place the avocados, green onions, garlic, cilantro, Garlic Chili Flax Seed Oil, lemon juice and spices into a food processor.
  4. Remove the stem from the chili peppers and add the content of the pan to the food processor.
  5. Blend the ingredients.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips and Enjoy!
