Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup skim milk, soy milk or fruit juice
1/2 medium banana (or other fruit)
4 Tbsp yogurt (or soft naturally fermented tofu)
1 tsp apple juice concentrate (or maple syrup)
1 Tbsp [url:1] Flax Seed Oil[/url]
1 Tbsp [url:2] Hi-Lignan® Nutri Flax® Powder[/url]
Cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or ginger to taste (optional)
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients in a blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Let warm slightly before serving and then adjust consistency and seasoning.
