ALLERGY free “PB&J”
One of the great classics of North American childhood is the peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Unfortunately, it has two of the top allergens: wheat and peanuts. It's popular because it tastes great, it doesn’t need to be refrigerated and keeps so well in a lunch box. Luckily we have found an alternative, healthier and more nutritious solution without compromising taste!
Ingredients
- 1 piece of gluten free/whole grain bread, toasted
- 1-2 tbsp of Omega Nutrition Pumpkin Seed Butter
- 1-2 tbsp of jam (you can get creative with toppings, we added banana, coconut flakes and organic honey)
